Attended a consular meeting between Mongolia and the People's Republic of China

Within the framework of the 19th consular Meeting between Mongolia and the People's Republic of China, authorities responsible for mutual legal assistance of both counties made meetings held in Beijing, China between 13 and 15 June 2018.
From the behalf of the Supreme Court of Mongolia acting head of of Foreign relations D.Tulga was participated the meetings.
The delegation consists from Mongolian side includes Consulate General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the extra ordinary and planed potential Ambassador from Mongolia to the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, the General Prosecutor's Office, the emigration, the General Police Department and heads of diplomatic missions of Mongolia to People's Republic of China.
The aim of Consular meeting is to develop consular relations between the two countries for medium to long-term development, including co-ordination between consular consultations between Mongolia and the People's Republic of China, and discussed mechanisms with central legal authorities with frame of cooperation in prevention of crime especially fight against crime and offence related to theft, fraud, drug abuse, consular protection or citizen. Also, they exchanged views on establishment of a consular representative of Mongolia in Shanghai and Manchuria.
During the consultative meeting, delegations meet representatives of the People's Republic of China such as Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Prosecutor's Office, the Supervision Department of the Ministry of Public Security and the Migration Office disguised the cooperation of both sides.
The first Consular consultation between Mongolia and the People's Republic of China was held in 1994, and the 20th meeting will be held in 2019 in Ulaanbaatar.
