Memorandum of Understanding between the Supreme Court of Mongolia and the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China.

Presiding Justice of Chamber for Administrative Cases M.Batsuuri, Acting head of Foreign Relations and Cooperation D.Tulga are peacefully participated at the 13th conference of presidents of supreme courts of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member countries held in Beijing on May 23-27, 2018.
During the framework conference Mr Shen Deyong, the Executive Vice President the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China has meet Presiding Justice of Chamber for Administrative Cases M. Batsuuri. During the meeting, Mr Shen Deyong, the Executive Vice President noted the importance of bilateral cooperation of both courts and emphasized the rapid relations growth between the court in recent years and informed that a Judges of Mongolia have been trained as many times than the judges of other countries at National Judges College under the Supreme People's Court and will continue to support the training and programs.
After the meeting, bilateral representatives signed a Memorandum of Understanding between courts.

Within the framework of strengthening cooperation of both courts, this Memorandum of Understanding has a total of 9 article which focused on judicial reform, court transparency, mutual court research, exchange information, court administration, judges training, mutual legal assistance and others, particularly agreed to cooperate on regular training of Mongolian judges National Judges College.

Presiding Justice of Chamber for Administrative Cases M.Batsuuri presented a presentation on the International cooperation of Mongolian courts.
