PRESIDING JUSTICE MRS. SONINBAYAR RECEIVED JAPANESE DELEGATION

Mrs. Kh. Sonbaybayar, Presiding Justice of the Chamber for Civil of the Supreme Court of Mongolia and Justice Mrs B. Undrakh received the representatives of the Legal Research Institute under the Ministry of Justice of Japan on March 03, 2017. The Head of the delegation, Professor of International Cooperation at the Legal Research Institute under the Ministry of Justice and the Government representative, Mr. Kyo Hiroshi, pointed out that the purpose of our visit is to provide assistance and made cooperation in the legal field of Mongolia. The Institute has extensive experience in working with Indonesia, Cambodia, Nepal, and Vietnam to revise the Civil Code, Civil Proceedings Code, and improve intellectual property and family dispute proceeding.

During the meeting Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court Mrs. Kh.Sonbaybayar stated that the dispute which the court has decided is to increased year by year, and she pointed out that there are signifies need of judges who qualified in family disputes.

Representatives of the Legal Research Institute under the Ministry of Justice of Japan expressed that it is possible to involve training for judges in family litigation and cooperate in software for civil proceedings.
