Presiding justice for Criminal Cases Mrs. T.Urantsetseg, Justice Mr. Ch.Khosbayar and Mrs. Kh.Erdenesuvd attended the 20th International judicial conference held in Paris, France on May 17-19, 2017.
The conference was attended by the Chief Justice, Judges, Constitutional Court Judges of 33 countries discussed about effective judicial remedies for the fight against terrorism, and exchanged views on the subjects of criminal common jurisdiction over national tribunals
and discussions on key issues related to establishing an independent judiciary and strengthening the rule of law.

Furthermore, the international judges' attention was also on the subject of continuing judicial education through the development of judicial curricula by the international environmental law and monopolies, and the referee's institute's refinement.
It also the subjects such as the issue of continuing judicial education through the development of judicial repatriation institutions, civil litigation in relation to international environmental law and monopolies were in the center of the international judges' attention.
Our delegation headed by Mrs. T.Urantsetseg, Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, met with Furth Foundation Representative Jimson Thomas, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, and current fund manager, Hussein Jilllan, discussed the  Mongolian judges' training. He also met with former US Supreme Court Justice Clifton Wallace and Russian Constitutional Court Judge Mr. V.Voitsov and exchanged views on cooperation.
