According to the agreement made between the Supreme Court of Mongolia and the Chief Justices of the Supreme Court of Kingdom of Spain in 2015, justice of the Supreme Court M.Batsuuri and his delegation undertook an official visit to the cities of Madrid and Barcelona on Oct 03-07, 2016 for the allocated training for judges and workforce of Mongolia’s court.

Accordingly to the agenda of the visitation the Chief Administration of the Supreme Court of Kingdom of Spain Mr. Angel D.Jonas Peses welcomed the delegation on Oct 10, 2016. During the meeting he expressed that the Supreme Court of Spain is willing to cooperate
with the Supreme Court of Mongolia on the following projects of ensuring future commitment, to share skills and training for judges and repeated trainings.

The delegations had a meeting with the officials of the Supreme Court of Kingdom of Spain and discussed and agreed about training judges for the purpose of legal procedure. Also paid visit to the Supreme Court of Kingdom of Spain, General Judicial Council and to
Barcelona’s school of law.

On Jan 01, 2016 total of 6 people involved in the training co organized by the Supreme Court of Mongolia and the Supreme Court of Kingdom of Spain. The third visits of the training preparation is ready and the visit awill be undertaken in first term of 2017.
