Mongolia’s modern judicial anniversary of 105th year, Mongolia’s Supreme Court’s anniversary of 90th year the President of Mongolia issued decree to award Batdelger Sodnomdarjaa to the State Merit Lawyer on Dec 28, 2016 for working continuously and effectively for the Supreme Court of Mongolia.

Batdelger Sodnomdarjaa started his career in 1987 in Erdenet city at the 3rd section of public judicatory, since then continuously worked 29 years for all chambers of the courts. He served as Chief Justice of Capital Court and Chief of General Judicial Council. He contributed in determination to strengthen the autonomy of the judicial system, providence of social welfare for Justices and employees, to intensify the Judicial Renewal and human rights and protecting liberty. He has much praises from his fellow judges and colleagues.

Also on the occasion of Mongolia’s modern judicial anniversary of 105th year, Mongolia’s Supreme Court’s anniversary of 90th year by the President of Mongolia’s decree to award the Justice of Capital’s Sukhbaatar District, Trail Court of Civil Cases Baatar Baval had been given the title of the “State Merit Lawyer”.
