On May 25, 2016 congratulations ceremony held at the Supreme Court for newly appointed Judicial General council member, state honored  lawyer Mr. O.Zandraa who has been working as the Justice of the Supreme Court, by the Order of the President of Mongolia, number 59 issued on same day.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Mr. Ts.Zorig congratulates newly appointed member of Judicial General Council from behalf of the colleague and expressed that I have no doubt him for strengthen judicial reform and judicial independence. In addition, he added that Mr. O.Zandraa has been working judicial body for 35 years and he knows better than anyone about court and court administration. Therefore, as an elected member from the Supreme Court, I have no doubt the he will work as fast and quality bridge between the two organizations. In addition, he noted that Mr.O.Zandraa should work as a Justice of the Supreme Court, as well as Member of Judicial General Council.

During the event, Mr. O.Zandraa expressed that his happiness on door, which opens for me for working behalf of my colleague and said that I appointed as a Justice of the Supreme Court on April 12, 2001. During those 15 years, I have learned many things in my life.  There are many more works and on legislation of Judicial General Council as well as judicial reform, in my mind. I addition I will work and shall be consulted with the Supreme Court on ensuring the independence of the judiciary and courts, judicial rights, the judges selection.
