Delegation led by Mr. WANG Shaonan, Director General of Department of Judicial Administration and Equipment Management of Supreme People’s Court of China.

Between September 10-13, 2015 Delegation led by Mr. WANG Shaonan, Director General of Department of Judicial Administration and Equipment Management of Supreme People’s Court of China paid official visit to the Mongolia, by the invitation of Mr. J.Naranpurev, Head of Administrative department of the Supreme Court of Mongolia.

In frame of program of visit Presiding Justice of Chamber for Administrative Cases Mr. M.Batsuuri welcoms Mr. WANG Shaonan and his delegation at Supreme Court of Mongolia, on September 9,2015. During the meeting Presiding Justice M.Batsuuri briefly introduces judicial reform in Mongolia, expresses that he encourages all way possible to extending international cooperation with other countries especially neighboring countries.

After the meeting, Mr.J.Narapurev Head of Administrative department and head of division and offices of the Supreme Court of Mongolia are made a meeting-discussion with delegation. This meeting served as a friendly discussion with sharing both judiciaries experiences such as judicial and  administrative management relations. In addition, Mr.J.Narapurev Head of Administrative department has talked about conducting professional training for court administration staff of Mongolia in China, within frame of  memorandum of cooperation signed in 2013, between the two countries.  Mr. WANG Shaonan informed that the  Supreme People's Court delighted to cooperation in this regard, and he expressed that he has no doubt on further bilateral friendly relations are expand.

At the end of the meeting Mr. WANG Shaonan noted that we have lot of things to study from Mongolian Judiciary and specially in era of information technology Mongolian Judiciary has been done lot of work on implementing e-court and I hope that Mongolian judiciary will soon became  fully electronic and paperless court.

In frame of visit, delegations are visited to the Capital city’s court and Secretary of   Baganuur district court.
