Training on Civil Law

The Supreme Court of Mongolia, Judicial General Council and GIZ’s project on ‘Economic development and sustainable legal framework’ together held a regular training on Civil Law, in June 2-5, 2015.

This year training program focused under a subject "Methods of processing judicial decisions: model of judgment".

Training program is presided by Mr. Yo.Kayut, who was Presiding Justice of Chamber for Civil Cases, the Supreme Court of Nuremberg City, Bavaria, Germany. At this event, judge-trainers who are majored in civil law and Justices of the Supreme Court of Mongolia were participated.

The President of Mongolia, Kh.Battulga, issued Decree No. 77 on June 2, 2020, appointing Damdin Ganzorig as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia at the suggestion by the Supreme Court. U.Shijir, Head of the Office of the President of Mongolia, visited the Supreme Court and announced the decree of the President of Mongolia to all judges and staff of the court.
