Presiding Justice of Chamber for Civil cases Mrs. B.Undrakh receives Mr. V. Paton, special representative of International Law Development Organization /IDLO/, which is implementing project ‘Training the Judges on Commercial law’ and Mr. Carlos Escudero, Chief of Party in Mongolia, IDLO, on June 11, 2014. During the meeting delegation discussed on a project on going in Mongolia, including training more judge-trainee, specify training topics and requirements to conduct a training in a regular bases.  

V. Paton also noted that Mongolia have a chance to became a member state of International Legal Development organization.  

Additionally, IDLO is implanting project titled ‘Training Mongolian Judges in a Commercial Law matter’ funded by European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, since 2012.
