On March 26, 2014 Justice of Chamber for Civil cases of the Supreme Court of Mongolia receives delegation and represents of International Commercial Arbitration, who are participating ‘International Conference on Commercial Arbitration in Mongolia’. 

At this meeting, Presiding Justice of the Supreme Court Mrs. B.Undrakh, Justice Mr. A.Dorjgotov, Justice Mrs. D.Tsolmon,  Judges of 10th Civil Appeals Court Mrs. P.Zolzaya, Mrs. J.Oyuntungalag, official of the Ministry of Justice Mr. Ts.Munkh-Erdene, Mrs. N. Munkhtuya, GEACD Head of Professional Management Division, Major Mr. B.Batbold and the other hand  Secretary General, ICC International Court of Arbitration (Paris) and Director of Dispute Resolution Services of the ICC Mr. Andrea Carlevaris, Head of The Department of The Court Statistics And Analysis, The Supreme Court Of Georgia, Mr. Aleksandre   Tsuladze, Hong Kong International Arbitration Center management consultant Mr. Joey Lui, Member of the LCIA Working Group on UNCITRAL Mr. Laurent Gouiffès  and other officials are participated in this meeting.

During the meeting Justices of the Supreme Court and delegation are discussed on court role on arbitration process such as court acceptation on foreign and domestic arbitration court decision, jurisdiction and international arbitration disputes. 

At the end International Conference on Commercial Arbitration held on March 27, 2014 aims for bring together International Experts, GOM reform teams with private sector to discuss international best practices and key issues to be addressed by arbitration reform in Mongolia and their reflection in the draft Concept Paper of the Law, draft amendment/revision to Arbitration Law and other laws governing economic/financial activities in Mongolia.
